3. User Accounts Users must: Provide accurate information Maintain the confidentiality of their account Be responsible for all activity under their account

4. Marketplace & Listings4.1 User Responsibility Black Ball acts only as a platform. We are not a party to any transaction We do not verify products or services All agreements are strictly between users

4.2 Legal Products and Services Users agree to: Offer only legal products and services Comply with local, national and international laws Not sell prohibited, dangerous or illegal items 🚫 Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to): Illegal goods Weapons Drugs Stolen items Scam services

5. Payments and Liability Black Ball does not process payments between users (without express statement) We are not responsible for any losses, disputes or damages arising from user interactions Users interact with others at their own risk

6. Location-Based Features Users acknowledge that: Location data is used to provide proximity-based features Visibility radius may vary depending on subscription or settings Exact coordinates are not displayed publicly

7. Ownership of Content Users retain ownership of their Content By uploading Content, Users grant Black Ball a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service

8. Prohibited Conduct Users shall not: Harass, abuse, or threaten others Non-personal entities Use the Service for unlawful purposes Attempt to circumvent security or access controls

9. Account Termination We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts Remove content Restrict access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws

10. Disclaimer The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Black Ball shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Service
