Black Ball uses location data to: Identify nearby boats and users Show relevant listings and services within a limited radius Enable local community features (chat, market visibility) 📍 Important: Location is collected only while the app is in use or as permitted by the user Location is not public with precise coordinates Location is processed as an approximation (visibility based on radius) You can revoke access to location at any time via your device settings.

2.3 Photos and Media Users may upload photos: As profile avatars For listings on the marketplace Photos are used solely for: Displaying user profiles Displaying listings and services Improving user experience and trust Photos are stored securely and are not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

2.4 Chat Messages Black Ball provides an in-app chat feature. Messages are stored to ensure delivery and synchronization of messages We do not read private messages Messages may be processed automatically for moderation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance
